Welcome to DnD Familiar (“the Service”), a tool designed to enhance tabletop storytelling through live transcription, contextual analysis, and narrative assistance for Dungeon Masters and players. d. Aggregated and Anonymized Data

  • Raw Audio & Transcriptions: Stored temporarily (typically 7–30 days) to enable real-time processing, debugging, and user access.

  • Aggregated or Anonymized Data: Retained indefinitely for research, analytics, and model improvement.

  • User Accounts: Retained until you request deletion or stop using the Service.
